Israel broadcasting authority's website, http://www.iba.org.il/ uploads the rebroadcasting of the daily English newscast , if you have a high speed connection , you'll have no problem watching it few minutes after it airs (16:50 – Jerusalem time),
Go to http://media.iba.org.il/ Go to TV Broadcasts >> On demand >> Channel 33 - English News Edition and then click on the camera icon and you're done.
For Hebrew speakers MABAT , the daily Hebrew newscast airs daily (weekdays) at 19:30 (early edition) and 21:00 Jerusalem Time , you can watch it live.
For English speakers. Voice of Israel Radio roadcasts its English news at 06:30, 12:30 and 20:30, Jerusalem time.

This is so great, I added the Video Feed to TooJewish.com on the Left-Hand side, right under Main Menu.
So click the IBA News graphic for the Video Feed, or the Radio Graphic for the Audio Feed.
